In her teaching work, the study of modern and contemporary dance is mixed with deep and careful yoga technique, which has been possible thanks to her individual practice and to her professional interest for this discipline.
During the choreographic time she does believe in the importance of the analysis the dancer has to perform about the following elements:
time, space, movement, dynamcs, weight, perception and sensation.
These elements are considered fundamental in order to avoid a choreographic scene, being forgot and abandoned, to become a simple execution of movement sequences.
